In an effort maintain the quality of our service and work, we DO NOT refill lash extensions that weren’t initially applied by Mosoco.
Mosoco requires that a debit/credit card to be on the file to book all appointments. Please note that no card information will not be held on file for further charges unless authorized by the client.
Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive an automatic text and/or email conforming your upcoming appointment and a reminder text and/or email 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. You have until 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment to take advantage of our convenient rescheduling process. You can cancel and/or reschedule your appointment (s) in person, by phone (leave voicemail), by email or by Booker. Booker allows you to cancel and/or reschedule and your convenience until EXACTLY 24 hours prior to the start of your email and/or text notifying you of the change to your appointment. Please keep this verification of cancellation for your records.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
We ask that in the event that you have to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment you contact the boutique 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time (48 hours for permanent makeup procedures) or you will be charged a cancellation fee for 50% of the service amount.
If you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time it would be considered a same day cancellation and cancellation fee for 50 % of the service amount.
Same day cancellations are subject to prepaying for the service in FULL prior to rescheduling.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we cannot guarantee, that your service will be performed that day. This may result rescheduling another day. If you arrive late and still want to be serviced, we will perform the service with the remainder amount of time allotted for the appointment. However complete coverage is not guaranteed and you will still be charged for the full amount of the service. If you choose to cancel your appointment it would be considered same day cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee for 50% of the service amount.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee
No Shows will be required to prepay for the service in FULL prior to rescheduling.
We atMosoco reserve the right to refuse scheduling services to clients with previous “No Shows”
We do not offer refunds in the event of a reaction. Potential reactions are always a risk and can occur at any time.
If you arrive with no extensions remaining you will be asked to reschedule for a full set. Please understand that we can only do what is possible in the time allowed. Also, if you arrive to your fill appointment with makeup or product residue of any kind on your lash extensions, Mosoco cannot guarantee the retention of your extensions.
We do not offer refunds on services but our satisfaction is guaranteed and if you have any concerns with the service you received please notify us immediately and we will schedule you a one time complimentary follow up appointment that must be made within 72 hours of the initial appointment.
Due to the nature of our procedures we do not allow children into the suite during a services. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.
